• Proxy a User 

System admin are able to proxy a user through the System Management tab. This will allow system admin to view the platform as any user. 

Proxy a User 

Step 1: 

• Select 'Admin' from the left navigation bar, and choose 'System Management' along the top.   

Step 2: 

• Select the user role you would like to proxy from the Systems Roles listed. 
• Once you have selected the role, you may chose a specific user to proxy by searching their name in the search bar. 

Step 3: 

• Select the incognito icon on the far right to proxy the user. 
• Confirm proxying this user by clicking 'Continue'. 
• Select “Exit proxy” at the top of the screen to return when finished.
