Search options
Admin and content creators are able to search within the Content Repo by utilizing the following tools:

1. The search bar to search by file name. The global search bar will populate any assets that have a match within the file name. For example, when searching 'eco' all assets that include a word with 'eco' in the title will appear.
2. The taxonomy drop down filters. You can 'Select Programme' to search content within specific programmes. Use other conditional filters to narrow the search of the Content Repo

3. To filter your search for specific content types, styles and skills use the Filter by option.
Filtering your search allows users to filter by Product Type, Approaches to Teaching, Learner Profile Skills, and Action/ Engagement. Select as many filters within each category tab that you would like to be applied to the search, then click 'Apply' to see the available results. To remove a filter, click the 'x' in the corner of the filter and see the updated search. All tags are color coordinated to match the filter category type.

4. There is also the availability to sort results by most recent, oldest to newest or alphabetically by clicking the drop down to reorder the content search.
