Collaborators & Permissions in Creator Space

TABLE OF CONTENTS


Collaborators can be added to Micro-credentials, Instructional Materials and Professional Learning modules. The collaborator(s) can help manage content within the Creator Space based on the permissions given.

 

Refer to the 'Roles & Permissions' table below to see the permissions granted to each user role in the Creator Space. 


System Admin have full permissions regardless of their permissions on a product. Content Creators only see the content they have been added to as a Manager, Primary Author, or Collaborator. 



Collaborators


After creating structured content, collaborators can be added to the content as a Manager, Primary Author, or Collaborator. Each of these roles have different levels of permissions. Refer to the 'Roles & Permissions' table below to see the capabilities each role has within the platform. 


To add collaborator(s) select 'Add another' and choose their role based on the necessary permissions. 





By default, the Content Creator will be a Manager of the content they create.
