Unpublish & Delete Content as System Admin

As a system admin you can unpublish or delete any structured content from the admin dashboard product table. 


Unpublish Content 

  • Step 1:
    • Access the 'Admin' dashboard from the left navigation menu. 
  • Step 2: 
    • Select 'Product' along the top of the admin dashboard. 
  • Step 3: 
    • From the product table locate content that needs to be unpublished. 
      • Tip: Use the search bar to search by title or keyword to quickly find the structured content.
    • Select the three dots at the right end of the product row, then choose 'Unpublish content'.
  • The content will be removed from the IB Exchange, and the status of the product will change to unpublished in the product table. 


Delete Content 

  • To delete structured content, the content must first be unpublished. Use the guidance above to unpublish structured content.
  • Once the content has been unpublished, select the three dots at the end of the product row and select 'Delete content'.
