Structured content can be bundled together to create a new product. Bundles allow for related content to be combined for easy accessibility.
Published products can be added to a bundle by a System Admin through the product page.
Create a Bundle
Add published products to a bundle or create a new bundle for related products through the product page. To open the product page, use the main search bar in the IB Exchange or search within the Creator Space table.
Step 1:
- Click on the product card when searching in the main search bar to edit the product.
OR
- Select 'Product page' to view the components of the product when searching from the Creator Space table.
Step 2:
- Select 'Edit Product Info' on the upper right hand corner.
Step 3:
- Select '+ Bundle' found under the images.
Step 4:
- Choose to add it to existing bundle or create a new bundle. Follow the steps below based on your selection.
Add to an Existing Bundle
- Search for the bundle name using the search bar.
- Edit bundle details if necessary.
- Choose to link the bundle to an existing community by searching or create a new community or select do not add a community.
- Note: if the product being bundled is already connected to a community you will not be able to select ‘do not add to a community’.
- Add author (optional).
- Review the bundle, choose next to see the bundled product.
Create a New Bundle
- Search for other products to bundle.
- Add the following bundle details: Title, description, and price
- Choose to link the bundle to an existing community by searching or create a new community or select do not add a community.
- Add author (optional).
- Review the bundle, choose 'Next' to see the bundled product.
