Managing a Product on IB Exchange (Edit Basic Info)

Once a file has been published to IB Exchange as a product, system admin have the ability to make changes to any product information, without having to create a new product. 


Editing the product page allows System Admin to edit the overview of the product, manage related content and view product reviews. 


Product Page 


System Admin can manage the basic information of a published product by opening the product page. There are 2 ways to navigate to the product page: 

  1. Main Search: Use the main search bar in the IB Exchange to search for the product. Then click the product card.
  2. Creator Space: Search the Creator Space table for the product and click 'Product page'.


Select 'Edit Product Info' on the upper right hand corner to edit the following components. 

  • Title 

  • Author 

  • Community

    • Link the product to an existing community or create a new community.

  • Tags

  • Description 

  • Price 

  • Images 

  • Add to a product bundle or create a bundle 

    • Bundling a product with another product will create a new product for users. The bundle will include all components of each product within the bundle. 

  • Lock or Unlock Content 

    • Free content will be marked as unlocked by default.

    • Paid or premium content will be marked as locked by default, but admin have the ability to unlock any aspects to act as a preview or free portion of the content. 

  • Related Content

  • Disable Reviews 

    • Ratings and reviews are enabled by default but can be disabled by admin.
