'Manager Learners' Table - MC Managers

TABLE OF CONTENTS

• Manager Learners Table 

Micro-credential managers can access the Manage Learners table from the 'Manage Learners' tab on left hand navigation bar. Note: Evaluators will only see micro-credentials they have been assigned to.

The table shows all submissions and their status for a micro-credential. Managers can view all data for one micro-credential at a time. If an manager oversees multiple micro-credentials, use the drop down to select a different micro-credential and see the data associated with it. 

Manager Learners Table 

The manage learner table provides an overview of micro-credentials.

• Sort the table by any of the following headings: 
  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Status
  • Purchase date 
  • Submission date 
  • Evaluator 
  • Review Due Date
  • Review Date 
  • MC Earned

• The headings can be sorted in ascending or descending order by clicking in the heading title. 
  • For example, if you wanted to sort by submission date, click in the submission date heading to reorder the table.

• View the status of the micro-credentials to see the submissions that are in progress, submitted, approved, in review, resubmitted, or resubmit requested. 

• Expand any of the users to view their submission in more detail.
