Content Repo folders are created by system admin. Once the folder is created, the admin can add collaborators to help manage the folder.
Please note that your role and permissions will determine the management options. For example, only a folder admin can delete a folder. Refer to the 'Roles & Permissions' table to view their capabilities.
Managing a Folder
To manage an existing folder, select the three dots on the right hand corner of the folder.
Based on your role and permissions, choose from the following options.
Open
Rename
Altering tags at the folder level will apply the changes to all files and folders contained within the folder.
Delete
A folder cannot be deleted if it contains child-folders. Delete all child-folders first.
