Adding to School Requests

TABLE OF CONTENTS


Members are able to make purchase requests for products from the IB Exchange through their school.


Refer to 'Purchasing through Personal Cart' to learn more about making personal product purchases. 


Adding Products to School Request 



  • Step 2: Select your school from the drop down menu. 
    • Add a note to your request (optional) and select 'Save'. 


  • Step 3: Choose to 'Continue browsing' or 'Go to School Requests'. 
    • 'Continue browsing' will take you back to the product page to continue looking for relevant products.
    • 'Go to School Requests' will allow members to view all requests made. 
      • Members can add or edit notes on any of the product requests. 
      • Members can remove a request by select the 'x' on the product.
    • Note: After making a request, members can access their requests by selecting 'School Requests' along the top of their home screen. 


  • Step 4: After the purchaser has reviewed the requests, the requestor will be notified about the status of their requests. 
    • Purchased- Requesting member will now be able to access the micro-credential in their 'My Learning' page. 
    • Purchase Processing- Indicates the purchaser has begun the purchasing process.  
    • Declined- Request has not been granted by the purchaser. 
  • Members will also be able to see any explanations the purchaser included with their decisions.
