Purchasers are able to manage school requests made by members through the School Requests tab found along the top of the screen. Here, purchasers are able view pending, purchased, and declined requests.
Purchasers are also able to add notes to all requests to communicate with members about their requests.
School Requests Management
Navigate to the School Requests using the tab along the top of the home page.

From here, Purchasers are able to manage and track requests.
- View requests by school using the drop down options.
- Toggle through filters of Pending, Purchased, Declined, and All to view the status of each request.
- Respond to a request by adding a note to a request to inform requestors about status or provide additional information.
- Select 'Move to School Cart' or 'Decline' requests.
- Once you have selected 'Move to School Cart,' you will be able to use 'Back to Requests' to continue reviewing requests. All requests that have been moved to the cart will now have a 'In School Cart' tag.
- Use the school cart selection to review and purchase products. To remove a product, click the 'X'.
- Refer to 'Purchasing by Credit Card' or 'Purchasing by Invoice' to learn about how to complete the purchasing process.
