Purchasers can approve or decline School Requests made my members. Approved requests can be paid for by credit card or invoice. This article will discuss how to make a purchase from the school cart by invoice. Refer to 'Purchasing by Credit Card' to learn more about paying for products via credit card.
Invoice Purchase
- Step 1: As a Purchaser, access the 'School Cart' along the top of the screen.

- Step 2: Select the school you are purchasing for from the drop down options, if necessary. Here, you will be able to view all requests that have been moved to the School Cart and are ready for purchase.
- If you need to manage requests and move products to the cart, refer to 'Managing School Cart' to learn more.
- Step 3: Select 'Proceed to Checkout' and select invoice payment as your choice of payment.
- To learn about paying by credit card, refer to 'Purchasing by Credit Card'.
- Step 4: An invoice will be sent to your email. You will have 30 days to complete your purchase.
- Members will have access to the content once IB receives payment.
- Track your payment and status in the Purchaser Dashboard.
