Community Member Files

Files uploaded to Discussions are automatically added to the 'Files' page for that Community. 

Members can easily search and view all files shared in a community by selecting the 'Files' tab along the top of the Community. 

Accessing Community Files 

To access files posted in a community, first select 'Community' from the left hand navigation, then select the community from the 'My Communities' list or the main feed. 

Under the 'Files' tab in the community all files shared within that community are stored to be easily found at any time. 

• Sort the files by the following categories by clicking on the heading names: 
  • Name 
  • Discussion 
  • Shared date 
  • File Type 
  • Author

• Search by key word using the search bar to search the file names. 
• Download the file by selecting the three dots on the left of the file.
