Moderators of communities of practice can send invites to other members to join the community of practice. As a moderator you are also able to post announcements, manage files, and manage posts. 

Note: Members can be invited by email to communities of practice but not to a community attached to a product. 

Inviting Members 

• As a moderator you will be able to invite other members to the community of practice. To invite members select '+ Invite' at the top of the community page. 

• Invite members by email or csv file. 
  • Note: As a moderator you can only grant 'Member' permissions. The community admin can grant others community admin or moderator permissions.
• If inviting members with a .csv file, make sure that the columns in the uploaded file align with the template provided. Having data in different columns will result in an unsuccessful upload.
