Folder admin and publishers can publish files directly from the Content Repo to the IB Exchange. 

Publish a File From Content Repo

Step 1:

• Click on the three dots next to the file you wish to publish
• Click 'Publish to IB Exchange'

Step 2:

• Create a title.
  • The title is auto-populated from the file name, but you can change it.
• Write a description of the product details.
• Optional: Upload an image to be displayed on the product page.
• Optional: Upload an image to be displayed on the product card.
• Add a price.
  • By default, instructional materials are free and professional learning materials are behind the premium paywall, but this can be adjusted if needed.

Step 3: 

• Click 'Next' on the bottom right corner to review and 'Publish'. 
  • When reviewing the content you will have the ability to lock or unlock the content using the lock icon on the right side. 
    • Free content will unlocked by default 
    • Paid or premium content is locked but allows for you to unlock any part to serve as a preview for the full product. 

Step 4: 

• Once a file is published, you can click the three dots next to the file to:
  
  • View product page
  • Download the file

Troubleshoot

• A file without a tag cannot be published to IB Exchange. Refer to 'Managing a File' to add a tag.
